The person at the parts desk was very friendly , helpful and knew exactly what I needed. I have always been well treated by the employees when shopping at Bull Falls H.D. or when just asking maintenance questions at your service dept. desk. I tell all my friends about your place and how well treated I am no matter what I am doing.

I am always so happy to walk in and out of this place. The customer service is exceptional. From the second you are greeted to the moment you walk out of the door. Everyone is warm and friendly. They are knowledgeable and helpful. The staff is always in good humor and go the extra mile. From buying clothes to buying our first Hog, we couldn't be happier with Bull Falls Harley Davidson of Wausau!!

I walked into Bull Falls Harley expecting to maybe purchase a cheaper used bike.
